OCCUPANCY LIMIT 12 The estate house is an ideal spot for a large family to stay. With a modern farmhouse vibe, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The house has 4 plus bedrooms, 3 baths and two convertible couches to sleep 12 and includes an outdoor shower and hot tub. The wraparound porch and master balcony are great spaces for morning coffee and views of the lake. Guests will also have access to the natural pond and the Nest cafe. Both are located a short walk away on the property. Nest will be staffed to serve food and drinks for purchase. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Salads, and Sandwiches. Also, cold beer on tap along with a full bar You can also enjoy Sebago Lake with at Nason's Beach which is a very short drive away. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE
