OCCUPANCY- LIMIT 10 - Wonderful spot on Little Sebago Lake in Gray with all the bells and whistles! Sandy beach, dock, swim float, kayaks, canoe, firepit, internet and smart tv, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and more! Well maintained and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Sleeps a maximum of 10 in three bedrooms - two on the first floor with queens; upstairs has a largeopen loft with a king bed, a set of bunks and two twins. Two baths, one on each floor. First floor bath with big shower, second floor bath with shower and jet tub. Nice open living/dining room with fireplace and windows overlooking the property to the lake. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and electric stove. Washer and dryer on the first floor. Picnic table on deck as well as table and chairs on the beach. Steps from the driveway lead up onto a nice deck and into the house; another set of steps lead down to the open path to the lake. This property has something for everyone! 1 dog under 50lbs allowed with $100 non-refundable pet fee and owner permission. $150 cleaning fee.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Shorefront property with lovely sandy beach and open lake views and lots of sun! Steps down from the deck lead to a open path to the lake. Shorefront features a firepit with camp chairs around it, a dining table and chairs, a nice long dock and a swim float. Entry in to the water is sandy and good for swimming. Owner provides 2 kayaks and a canoe to use. TENANT MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN SUITABLE LIFE JACKETS - Maine Law requires life jackets for EACH boater. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes|
