A trail system connects the property's wooded lanes and four fields to a central, spring-fed pond, which features a dock, swimming raft, and recreational freshwater fishing. In warm months it's a great place to sit around the campfire or enjoy a cook-out and dine on the 10-foot pond-side picnic table. Or, host a small outdoor gathering in the barn! The house has been completely remodeled. The large, open kitchen/dining/living space is the perfect place to cook and feast with family and friends. A three-season second-story sunroom offers even more seating for dining, cocktails, or quiet reading and reflection.
