The surrounding yard, main floor, porches, covered decks, dock and first floor bathroom are wheelchair accessible including the fabulous outdoor shower with shower chair. The frontage is sandy bottomed and safe for children. Watchic Lake is a clean and uncrowded lake and you'll love the sunsets. The property is partly wooded, partly grassy, and located off the beaten path. Fenced in dog yard attached to the cottage. Children's toys and games are provided. There is a dock for your small boat. Big fire pit - tenant must provide their own wood. Internet starts June 25. Boat launching must be arranged before occupancy.
